Building a strong, collaborative system that connects system-impacted youth with disabilities to vital reentry services, including housing, education, employment, and healthcare. 

Working to influence policies that address systemic barriers and ensure access to resources for youth with disabilities involved in the justice system. 

Providing service providers, educators, and justice professionals with training on disability rights, trauma-informed care, and best practices for supporting system-impacted youth. 

Creating mentorship programs and community-driven initiatives that foster empowerment, leadership, and long-term success for youth transitioning out of the justice system.
